Shipping policy

Where we ship

Cairn Atlas currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at
weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery

Free on every order. Sent tracked with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Dispatched within 1–2 working days, then 2–3 working days in transit. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

If you choose the tracked option, we will email you a tracking number once your
order has been dispatched. Standard orders are sent untracked and cannot be
traced in transit.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact
us at shop.cairnatlas@gmail.com and we will resolve it. Royal Mail does not
consider an item lost until 10 working days have passed.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held
responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will
always try to help.
